Do I need a PC at the shop?
No. The dashboard runs in any browser — phone or laptop. The kiosk phones talk straight to the cloud.
What phones work?
Any Android device that supports device-owner mode (most do). Cheap ₱3-5k phones work fine.
What happens if Wi-Fi drops?
Rentals survive short outages and resume automatically. Top-ups made offline are credited and applied on reconnect.
Can a customer break a phone or steal data?
Kiosk lock-task blocks system settings and other apps. Cookies, downloads, and Google sign-ins wipe between rentals.
What if a phone leaves the shop?
Pair the optional ESP32 guard with the device. Step outside its range and you get a theft alert.
What about customer rewards?
The points system is built in. Customers earn points on every top-up and redeem from a catalog you control. Turn it on or off in the dashboard.
